  I loved the jacket on you from the get-go Denise, and I absolutely love how you are wearing it here. Effortlessly nonchalant with the semi-tucked white tee and those fantastic jeans. Creams look lovely on you, and the booties bookend your hair and tops. Love everything about this.

  I don't know if anyone noticed how the gold belt and golden sunglasses match!  I was *Extremely* excited about this aspect of the outfit… it's the little things, right?

  Thank you all!  And Angie, thanks for the k-power rating.  I must admit the light footwear with dark pants is quintessentially Angie!  

  I didn't actually break down why this felt right to me, but I like what you wrote AJ -- casual chic with a touch of boho and a touch of classic.  That is a realm that feels comfortable to me.  The casual speaks to where I live, the Boho is who I was, the classic is who I am becoming.   I think the touch of classic just feels right as I get older, it seems elegant and necessary.

  Fantastic outfit and I love the light color palette as a nod to Spring and warm weather. I love how you took the ladies who lunch jacket and styled it down with the jeans and casual bag and booties --giving it more of an intentionally edgy vibe. The whole ensemble looks fantastic on you!
